Lent course

We have the opportunity to explore part of the Shapes for Living Lent Course this year. We have chosen this course as it leads on from the LLF exploration.

Mavis, Dawn and Nigel have kindly volunteered to lead this, starting on 11th March for three Thursdays at 7:30pm. These sessions are with a video followed by discussion. The course is about the whole business of being alive – with ourselves, each other and God and looks at growth, transformation and flourishing.

If you want to attend and do not have Zoom details please email:

Palm Sunday

Bishop Jo is joining us this year to celebrate Palm Sunday - it should be a great service and one in which we send our LLM, Rob Thain on his way to Scotland with our best wishes!

Maundy Thursday

Join us as we celebrate a meal together at 7pm on Thursday 1st April 2021. Just click on the link on the home page 'Watch us Live'. Dawn is kindly leading this event and she asks that we have ready: a candle and means to light it and a cross. Suggestions for a small supper are, bread, biscuits, cheese, sandwiches, fruit (grapes, apples, olives), and drink wine, water or juice.

Good Friday

The Bordon and surrounding churches have got together, as they normally do on Easter Friday, to offer a combined service. Normally there is an Act of Witness however in these unusual times it is not possible to do this so a combined online service will be available as from 10am.

Easter Sunday

Our Easter Sunday service is lead by Revd Russ Parker who has a long association with Bordon and Acorn Christian Healing Trust.

Housegroups on Zoom

There are 2 housegroups that meet regularly for bible study, prayer and fellowship. One meets on first and third Mondays of each month at 7:30pm and the other meets on first and third Tuesdays at 8:00pm. Currently, these groups will be taking place by Zoom.

House group leaders Derek and Dawn and also Mary and Mel below.

Prayer on Zoom

Rob has embraced Zoom to run prayer sessions from 12.00 midday on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays and at 9:00 am on Wednesdays. It will be good to be able to see each other! If you would also like to take part but are not part of the congregation, please message us and the details will be provided.
